本文は、一致信条書（聖文舎1982年）による。「使徒信条」「主の祈り」の本文は付録のものを用いた。ただし、第二部は、西日本福音ルーテル教会ビジョン21委員会訳。マルティン・ルターの呼称に統一。聖書の表記は口語訳に統一。
